Dry conditions with relative humidity values between 20 and 30 percent are forecast this afternoon and early evening for portions of northeast Minnesota north of a line from Big Falls to Ely to Gunflint Lake. East winds of 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 15 mph are forecast. Together, these conditions may cause fires to spread. Check burning restrictions and fire danger before burning.
