Wednesday, April 22, 2015, 7:10 PM - Some are calling it a 'selfie', while others are calling it a 'photobomb'. The debate rages on, but there's one thing we know for sure: This turtle knows how to take a great picture.
An image of a turtle dropping in on a group photo has been viewed more than 3 million times since it was shared on Reddit Wednesday.
The photo was taken by Diovani de Jesus in the Apo Island in the Philippines.
De Jesus was posing with friends for a photo when the fabulous turtle popped up, seemingly out of nowhere, and made a face at the camera.

In reality, the turtle was likely surfacing to catch a breath of fresh air -- but the expression on its face has earned it fifteen minutes of internet fame.
"We were posing for a group photo at Apo Island when this sea turtle surfaced to breathe and photo-bombed," de Jesus says, according to the UK Mirror.
"This shallow area in Apo Island, Negros Oriental, Philippines is a feeding ground for sea turtles ... This is a reminder that humans and creatures like this gentle pawikan (sea turtle) can co-exist."
A 'photobomb' occurs when someone (or something) drops into a photo unexpectedly, right before it is taken.
