    "Hot, Cool, Yours," is the motto of the Winter Games and while it's not really hot, it is definitely warm enough to wear a t-shirt.

    On Friday, temperatures climbed to 18°C, making this the warmest Winter Games ever.

    Nearly 50 km outside Sochi, where most of the outdoor events take place, you can see bone-dry mountains.

    Some athletes are complaining about the poor quality of the snow there is. 

    Despite the unfortunate weather conditions, Russian officials say they are prepared:They have snow stored from last year, as well as they have snow-making devices.

    So far, not one of the events have been canceled or delayed.
