When: For the High Wind Warning, until 1 PM PST this afternoon. For the High Wind Watch, from late tonight through Thursday afternoon.
Impacts: High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Additional Details: High wind hazards will possibly occur again tonight into Christmas Day.
