What: Strong gusty winds up to 45-55 mph.
Where: Humboldt County, White Pine County, and northern Elko County.
When: 11 AM to 11 PM Saturday.
Impacts: Strong wind gusts may blow around unsecured objects. Blowing dust could reduce visibilities at times. Travel may be difficult, particularly for high profile vehicles.
