What: Dangerously hot and humid conditions. High temperatures this weekend will range from 95 to 105. A few locations may approach 110 in the Yellowstone River Valley.
Where: All of northeast Montana.
When: From Saturday morning through late Sunday night.
Impacts: Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events.
Additional Details: Little recovery is expected at night with overnight lows in the mid 60s to low 70s which will exacerbate heat stress.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
