What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.
When: From late Wednesday night until further notice.
Impacts: At 11.5 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Water affects homes along old U.S. Highway 61.
Additional Details: - At 9:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 10.2 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage early Thursday morning and continue rising to 11.4 feet early Friday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
