What: West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
Where: Kern River Valley, including Lake Isabella.
When: Until 11 PM PDT this evening.
Impacts: Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.

Recommended Action

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
