Getting ready for the solar eclipse in April, so today I experimented by holding a pair of cheap solar eclipse sun glasses in front of my camera lens. The black background is the black lens of the glasses and only the bright sun is visible through them, as everything else is black. My advice to all is please use a pair of solar eclipse sun glasses if you plan to view the solar eclipse in April and the added bonus is that you can use it as a filter in front of your camera.
