After a weekend of nothing but snow pictures coming out of Alberta, it was time to get back into the good kind of sky viewing that autumn and October has to offer as the aurora borealis paid us a visit overhead this morning. Taken between 1:00-1:30 AM north of Red Deer, Alberta.
