'Classic' fall weekend in southern Ontario, but warmth returns next week
Falls continues to flip-flop through the weekend as we start out the month of November with much more seasonal and cool conditions
The final days of October are featuring recording break warmth with temperatures more typical of early September!
However, as we kick off the month of November, and head into the weekend on Friday, temperatures will fall back to where they should be for this time of year.

In addition to the much colder temperatures, we will have a gusty northwest wind. This will bring lake-effect showers to areas east and southeast of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay, including most of cottage country.
Friday night will be partly cloudy and seasonably chilly.

Saturday will be a gorgeous late fall day, with an abundance of sunshine and near seasonal temperatures.

November is not known for its sunshine, so be sure to take advantage of the sunny weather on Saturday while you can.

Sunday will become mostly cloudy, and then during the late afternoon and evening, we will see showers tracking from west to east into southern Ontario, primarily west of Hamilton.

During Monday, a warm front will advance north across southern Ontario. This will bring several hours of rain, followed by noticeably warmer and more humid conditions.

Tuesday will be windy and warm with temperatures more typical of September. If we can get some significant breaks in the clouds, allowing for some bonus sunshine, many places will reach 20°C one more time.

Rain is likely Tuesday night and showers could linger into early Wednesday, especially to the east of Toronto. Temperatures will be a few degrees cooler, but still well above seasonal.

Temperatures could briefly drop back to near seasonal late next week, but warmer than normal temperatures are expected to dominate through the first two weeks of November.
