Description
What: Freezing rain expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze.
Where: Portions of western Pennsylvania.
When: From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday morning commute.
