Where: Maricopa County in south central Arizona Pinal County in southeastern Arizona
When: Until 215 PM MST.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 1215 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated areas of light to locally moderate rainfall still occurring. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - This includes the following streams and drainage
S: Agua Fria River, Gila River, West Prong Waterman Wash, Waterman Wash, Corgett Wash, Enterprise Canal, Salt River, Rainbow Wash, Hassayampa River and Lum Wash. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Estrella Mountain Ranch, Liberty, Estrella Mountain Park, Palo Verde, Perryville, Phoenix International Raceway, Cotton Center, Rainbow Valley, Arlington and Hassayampa. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
