Description

What: Very cold wind chills as low as 14 below expected.
Where: Portions of southeast Ohio, and the central and southern mountains and much of the lowlands of West Virginia.
When: From 1 AM to 1 PM EST Saturday.
Impacts: The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
