Where: Portions of south central and southeast Texas.
When: For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 3 AM to 10 AM CST Saturday. For the Freeze Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday morning.
Impacts: Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
