When: Until 1030 AM CDT.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
Additional Details: - At 920 AM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Corpus Christi, Portland, Robstown, Rockport, Sinton, Mathis, Port Aransas, Taft, Refugio, Woodsboro, Corpus Christi International Airport, Skidmore, Lamar, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Odem, Gregory, Orange Grove, St. Paul and Ingleside On The Bay. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
