Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble, southwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Washington, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel.
When: Until 10 PM EDT this evening.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - The combination of fairly saturated grounds with heavy rain from showers and thunderstorms capable that may train, or repeatedly move over, the same locations could result in flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Recommended Action

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
