Impacts: At 10.0 feet, Flood stage, farmland flooding begins in the Flats with some roads flooded. Minor damages to riverfront commercial properties in Dexter.
Additional Details: - At 12:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.24 feet and rising. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage around 11 PM tonight to a crest of 10.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
