Where: Portions of south central and southeast Montana.
When: Until midnight MDT Tuesday Night.
Impacts: Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events.
Additional Details: Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures of 98 to 105 Tuesday. Overnight lows will remain well above normal providing only limited relief.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, plan outdoor activities during the early morning and late evening hours, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
