At 212 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of showers and thunderstorms extending from near Virginia Dale to near Pinewood Springs, or extending from 33 miles northwest of Fort Collins to 27 miles southwest of Fort Collins, moving east at 30 mph.
Hazard: Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

Impact: Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown, Wellington, Estes Park, Berthoud, Mead, Timnath, Stove Prairie, Bellvue, Teds Place, Poudre Park, Buckhorn Mountain, Masonville, Livermore, Mishawaka, Cedar Cove, Drake and Carter Lake.
If on area lakes, get out of the water and secure loose items. Boaters can expect strong gusty winds and locally higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately. Prepare for sudden gusty winds. Secure loose objects and move to a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
