Discussion:
A low pressure system will bring rain at times heavy to the region tonight into Tuesday morning. Precipitation may diminish in coverage later Tuesday morning.

Another low pressure system is expected to approach the area late Tuesday with additional heavy rainfall possible through Thursday. The exact track of this weather system and axis of heaviest rainfall is still uncertain.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Rainfall warnings may be issued.
