Discussion:
A low pressure system will bring rain at times heavy to the region today and tonight. Precipitation will likely diminish to scattered showers by Tuesday morning.

Another low pressure system is expected to approach the area late Tuesday night or Wednesday morning with additional heavy rainfall possible through Thursday. The exact track of this weather system and axis of heaviest rainfall is still uncertain.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Rainfall warnings may be issued.
