Time span: Friday morning until Friday afternoon.

Remarks: Snow will develop Friday morning then change to ice pellets with a risk of freezing rain. The ice pellets will change to rain over Madawaska and Victoria Counties late in the afternoon. Friday night, ice pellets and freezing rain will change to snow overnight before ending. Over Madawaska and Victoria Counties the rain will change to ice pellets and freezing rain and then snow Friday night.
