Where: Bulkley Valley, North Coast Inland, Mezidian Junction, Rosswood, Highway 16 between Smithers and Terrace, Highway 113.

A frontal system over the BC North Coast is spreading snow to the region. Snow is expected to continue through this morning and may become mixed with rain near midday. Conditions should warm sufficiently to allow a change over to rain by early this afternoon.
