Description

Snowfall with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm is expected.

Where:
Yellowhead Highway - Tête Jaune Cache to the Alberta Border.

When: Now to midday.

Remark:
A low pressure system continues tracking through interior of BC this morning bringing snow, at times heavy, to the Yellowhead Highway. As freezing levels rise to 1200 to 1500 metres this afternoon, snow is expected to transition to periods of rain mixed with wet snow near midday.

Travel will likely be challenging. Visibility will likely be reduced at times.
