Remarks:
A robust frontal system over the Lower Mainland continues to bring heavy rain. Total rainfall amounts of 50 to 80 mm are expected. This frontal system will also bring strong and gusty southeasterly winds this morning, before easing.

The heavy rain will ease late this morning in Howe Sound and Metro Vancouver - Central and by this afternoon for the remaining areas.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic. Local utility outages are possible.
