The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Northeastern Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania Northwestern Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania Southern Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania Southern Butler County in west central Pennsylvania West Central Indiana County in west central Pennsylvania Until 800 AM EDT. At 720 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 6 miles west of West Kittanning to over Gibsonia, or along a line from 7 miles west of Kittanning to 7 miles northeast of McCandless Township, moving southeast at 40 mph.
Hazard: 60 mph wind gusts and small hail.
