Moderate rain this weekend in the Washington Cascades and northern Blue Mountains combined with snowmelt from well above normal temperatures will lead to rivers rises this weekend and early next week. Most rivers are currently running low and the increased streamflows will not be a problem. However, the Naches River at Cliffdell and at Naches and the Grande Ronde River at Troy are expected to rise above Action Stage Saturday and continue through Monday night. Only localized minor flooding is expected. Please monitor the latest river forecasts from the National Weather Service for additional information.
