Flood Advisory
What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Craig and Ottawa.
When: Until 1030 PM CDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 720 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Estimates of up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches and locally higher are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Miami Vinita Commerce Fairland Afton Quapaw Welch Bluejacket Wyandotte Picher Narcissa Ottawa Peoria Cardin Pyramid Corner

Severe Thunderstorm Warning
At 816 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles northwest of Noel to 3 miles west of South West City to 2 miles northwest of Bernice to 2 miles east of Big Cabin, moving southeast at 20 mph.
Hazard: 60 mph wind gusts.

Impact: Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations in or near the path include Vinita Grove Fairland Afton Langley Bernice Ketchum Spavinaw Wyandotte Disney Big Cabin Pensacola Honey Creek State Park Cherokee State Park Bernice State Park Spavinaw State Park Cleora Chloeta White Oak Narcissa This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 277 and 304.
