Description
The Flood Warning will expire at 8 AM EDT this morning for portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Meigs and Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Pleasants and Wood. The heavy rain has ended and flood waters are receding. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a significant threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
