Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: The southern Gila Region in southwestern New Mexico, including most of northern GRant County, and far western Sierra County near the Black Range.
When: From 11 AM MDT this morning through late tonight.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
Additional Details: - Increasing upper level moisture and a series of upper level disturbances will lead to rounds of thunderstorms capable of producing torrential downpours. Thunderstorms may be slow to initiate in the higher terrain this afternoon, but will become more numerous during the evening and late night hours. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
