Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: Central Barnes County in southeastern North Dakota
When: Until 900 AM CDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 650 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain overnight with reports of 5 to 7 inches. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Valley City, Sanborn, Oriska and Bald Hill Dam. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
