When: Until 315 PM CDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 909 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and thunderstorms continuing to move eastward across the region. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. This warning replaces the flood advisory that expires at 915 am. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Kirksville, Chillicothe, Macon, Brookfield, Marceline, Milan, La Plata, Bevier, Green City, Queen City, Bucklin, Meadville, Novinger, Greentop, Atlanta, Laclede, Downing, Callao and Linneus. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
