Where: Lamine River near Otterville.
When: From late tonight to Thursday morning.
Additional Details: - At 1:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 2.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 20.5 feet tomorrow evening.
