Description

What: Dangerous swimming conditions expected Saturday. Waves 3 to 5 feet may produce dangerous rip currents.
Where: Benzie, Manistee and Eastern Mackinac Counties, and Beaver Island and surrounding islands.
When: From Saturday morning through Saturday evening.
Impacts: A high swim risk means life threatening waves and currents are expected. Stay out of the water and stay away from dangerous areas like piers and breakwalls.

Recommended Action

Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.
