Additional Details: - At 748 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.25 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Newport, Cayuga, Kingman, Perrysville, Wallace, Lodi, Yeddo, Turkey Run State Park and Gessie. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
