What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: East Nishnabotna River at Red Oak.
When: Until late Wednesday night.
Impacts: At 20.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins along the west bank.
Additional Details: - At 4:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 19.7 feet just after midnight tonight.
