Where: Southeastern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia Northeastern Pocahontas County in northeastern West Virginia Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia Southern Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia Southeastern Lewis County in northern West Virginia
When: Until 730 AM EDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 122 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding is already occurring due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Elkins, Mill Creek, Dailey, Rock Cave, Beverly, Junior, Womelsdorf (Coalton), Huttonsville, Montrose, Harman, Glady, Kerens, Bowden, Alton, Alexander, Dryfork and French Creek. - This includes Route 33 between mile markers 31 and 35. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
