Description

What: Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: Northeastern Gilmer County in north central West Virginia Southern Doddridge County in northern West Virginia Northwestern Lewis County in northern West Virginia
When: Until 800 AM EDT.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding.
Additional Details: - At 507 AM EDT, emergency management reported between 1 and 3 inches of heavy rain had fell in the warned area on Saturday. Lingering high water remains in some locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Leopold, Alum Bridge, Linn, Grove, Troy, Baldwin, Avon and Coxs Mills. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
