When: Until 630 AM EDT.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 1251 AM EDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Weston, Harrisville, Glenville, North Bend State Park, Stonewall Jackson, Ellenboro, Cairo, Sand Fork, Pullman, Auburn, Coxs Mills, Newberne, Troy, Tanner, Linn, Baldwin, Burnt House, Stouts Mills, Alum Bridge and Smithville. - This includes the following highway
