When: Until 800 AM EDT.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding.
Additional Details: - At 500 AM EDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fell across the warned area on Saturday, ranging anywhere from 1 to 4 inches. Lingering high water is expected across portions of the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Weston, Stonewall Jackson, Burnsville, Sand Run, Walkersville and Horner. - This includes the following highway
