What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: Southwestern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia West Central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia Central Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia East Central Lewis County in northern West Virginia
When: Until 845 AM EDT.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 245 AM EDT, Flooding is ongoing due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. River gauges indicate minor flooding is occurring on Sand Run and moderate flooding is occurring on Middle Fork Tygart Valley River near Ellamore. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Buckhannon, Tallmansville, Overhill, Horner and Ellamore. - This includes Route 33 between mile markers 2 and 5and between mile markers 15 and 17. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
