What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Yellow River at Necedah.
When: From late tonight to early Friday afternoon.
Additional Details: - At 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 15.7 feet Wednesday evening.
