Hampton, Christopher Newport University, Tabb, Beaconsdale, and Carrsville around 500 PM EDT. Holland, Northampton, Driver, Kings Fork, and Crittenden around 505 PM EDT. Langley AFB, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth around 510 PM EDT. Hampton University, Downtown Suffolk, Churchland, Norfolk, Grand View, Bowers Hill, Fort Monroe, Buckroe Beach, and Western Branch around 515 PM EDT. Old Dominion University, Norfolk NAS, and Ghent around 520 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include Vicksville, South Norfolk, Pons, Carrollton, Portlock, Lackey, Chippokes State Park, Longview, Oriana, and Huntersville.
