The Flood Advisory will expire at 130 AM MDT early this morning for a portion of east central Utah, including the following area, Grand. Excess runoff from heavy rain has ended over the warned area. If flooding has been observedPlease report it to your local law enforcement agency. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
