And High Fire Danger For Southeast New Mexico And Portions Of West Texas: The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday evening.
Winds: Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph, with stronger sustained winds and gusts in the higher terrain.
Relative Humidity: Between 15 and 20 percent.
