Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
Additional Details: - At 847 AM CDT, Palo Duro Canyon park official reported flooding in the advisory area. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Wayside and Palo Duro Canyon. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
