What: Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: Southeastern Athens County in southeastern Ohio Northeastern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio Southwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio West Central Pleasants County in northwestern West Virginia Central Wood County in northwestern West Virginia
When: Until 800 AM EDT.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding.
Additional Details: - At 534 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported lingering high water in some areas due to heavy rainfall on Saturday. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain fell on Saturday. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Parkersburg, Belpre, Vienna, Lubeck, Boaz, Washington, North Hills, Blennerhassett, Waverly, Little Hocking and Willow Island. - This includes the following highway

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.
