Impact: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Saratoga Springs, Milton, Ballston Spa, North Ballston Spa, Rock City Falls, Greenfield, Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Eddy Corners, Yaddo, Gilbert Corners, South Greenfield, Kings Station, Hickeys Corners, Factory Village, Travers Corners, Barnes Corners, North Milton, Milton Center and Pages Corner.
