Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: Portions of central and north central Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Cooper, Howard and Saline. In north central Missouri, Carroll, Chariton, Linn, Macon and Randolph.
When: Until 215 PM CDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 1016 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that rain has tapered off over most of the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Several flood-prone roads continue to be closed. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Moberly, Marshall, Macon, Brookfield, Fayette, Marceline, Slater, Salisbury, Huntsville, Glasgow, New Franklin, Brunswick, Bevier, Higbee, Keytesville, Bucklin, Laclede, Bosworth and Clark. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
