Description

The National Weather Service in Gaylord MI has issued a Flood Watch for the following rivers in Michigan Manistee River near Sherman affecting Wexford County. For the Manistee Riverincluding Shermanflooding is possible.
What: Flooding is possible.
Where: Manistee River near Sherman.
When: From Tuesday evening to early Friday afternoon.
Impacts: At 15.0 feet, Flooding begins around the Wilderness Canoe livery along left bank of river just downstream of M-37 bridge.
Additional Details: - At 9:30 AM EDT Monday the stage was 13.7 feet. - ForecastFlood stage may be reached tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
