For the Cass Riverincluding Cass City, Vassar, Frankenmuth Minor flooding is forecast. For the Tittabawassee Riverincluding Sanford, MidlandModerate flooding is forecast. For the Saginaw Riverincluding SaginawMinor flooding is forecast.
